1. REFUND POLICY:

   1. Cancellation by SportsfitIndia.Com: SportsfitIndia.Com reserve all the rights of cancelling the customer order & in this case customer would be eligible for getting 100% money refund.
   2. Cancellation by Customer: Customer can cancel the order within the 24 hours of order placed only and after that no such request would be entertain.

   Our return policy is not applicable for any heavy equipments including but not limited to table tennis tables/ robot, fitness equipments, mats & floorings, pool tables, snooker/ billiards tables, basketball poles/ boards, badminton poles, lawn tennis poles, cricket pitch rollers, pitch protection equipments, gymnastics equipments, boxing rings, punching bags, athletics equipments, soccer foosball tables, carom boards, volleyball poles, football goal posts, hockey goal posts, handball goal posts, netball posts, professional inline skates, play ground equipments, life guard chair, oxygen cylinder, plyo boxes, chess tables, outdoor gym equipments, etc.

   An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

   Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

   We will transfer the customers “cancel product amount” within 7-10 business days in the customer’s bank account.

   Customer will be provide us his bank account details from given our email id: sales@sportsfitindia.com with your order id in mail subject line.

   NON-ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS:

   Your rights of whatever nature cannot be assigned nor transferred to anybody, and any such attempt may result in termination of this Agreement, without liability to us. However, we may assign this Agreement to any person at any time without notice.

   SEVERABILITY OF TERMS:

   In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable pursuant to any judicial decree or decision, such provision shall be deemed to apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

   CHOICE OF LAW; JURISDICTION; FORUM:

   Any dispute, controversy or difference which may arise between the parties out of, in relation to or in connection with this Agreement is hereby irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar (U.P) India, to the exclusion of any other courts without giving effect to its conflict of law’s provisions or your actual state or country of residence.
